At Mott MacDonald we know where we’re going as a company and how

Being employee-owned we are also charged with being responsible custodians of the company for future generations – a sense of duty that is an intrinsic part of our culture. More than one in ten employees around the world are now shareholders and we’re progressively increasing the opportunities for staff ownership year on year across the Group by embracing a wider range of employee roles and responsibilities.

We’re independent and employee-owned
This means we’re in business for long-term prosperity not short-term gain, so we have a more strategic outlook coupled with a stronger people focus and flexible approach.
